We started in 2016. We are a local US Navy SEAL, Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). A self-development initiative for Individuals and Families. In life, fitness and the ability to protect yourself or your family are two very basic things you can learn to ensure that you and your family are both healthy and safe.
We are attached to an existing GYM. However, we are an independent business, we lease our space. All class fees and charges are wholly separate.
