This 45-Minute Adult Class is Coach led. It is high impact, with a calorie burning, fat melting process that leaves you stress free and confident. If you choose your body changing health results through practical fitness, then this is the group training class for you! Unlike air punching aerobic kickboxing; you will be putting the gloves on and working with a partner.  GLOVES ARE AVAILABLE.


NO SPARRING just proper Punches, Elbows, Knees, Kicks, Counters & Combinations.

Just show up during the daily MON- SAT operating hours (5:30am - 10:30pm) and jump right into heart pumping, Fat Melting Full Body Fitness ROUNDS. In just 30-Minutes you will torch calories like a professional MMA Ultimate Fighter. This enhanced Conditioning Circuit will not only allow stunning results, with a body transformation; but make it possible for members to do it around a busy personal schedule.

This 45-Minute Youth Class is a Coach led practical fitness program. It is a dynamic leadership and confidence building program. Class members will not only build strong bodies, burn calories and torch body fat with punches, kicks and more: they will lay the foundation for mental toughness and very practical skills.

Mr. Myers has 20 years of teaching experience at Spring Grove Area School District. Earning his Master's Degree in Teaching and Curriculum from Penn State. Chris has extensive background in best practices for instructional leaders. He has trained exclusively under Coach Hess for 3 years and has developed the foundation skills for comprehensive instruction at Punch30Fitness.

HARDCORE | Group Class | Stretching, Core & Abdominal Focus

Is only a 30-Minute class. It is a thorough warm-up and an essential readiness opener for the follow-on training. A workout that you can choose to attended as a stand-alone class for simple conditioning.  This opening portion of training can develop some fantastic definition in your abdominal muscles and general full body definition due to the natural fat loss and cutting process of this systems overall integration approach. However, most importantly it will help support your stability, balance, lower back, hips, abdomen and pelvic muscles and further support you when you do lifts such as presses, squats and dead-lifts.

BOOTCAMP 2.0 | Group Class | Intense Conditioning, Performance

A 45- 60 Minute High Intensity Navy SEAL Fitness class designed to preserve hard-earned muscles, while ensuring most of the weight lost- comes from fat stores. The training workouts can easily be modified for people of all fitness levels. Perfect training regime for any Spartan Race enthusiast and the like.

This is a 45-Minute Heavy Lift and Compound Movement workout. With muscle growth  focus this option is designed to advance size, strength, power, stamina, endurance; and to seriously promote streamlined major muscle group development.
